Tips for maximizing points:
Goal: Summarize current research article assuming your audience knows something about organizational psychology, but does not have knowledge of the article.
No direct quotes over 15 words. This is 15 words for the entire paper.
Reference the article at the end of your paper in APA. Here is an example of a general article citation in APA.
Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Date of publication). Title of article. Title of Online Periodical, volume number(issue number if available).
Do not use lists, bullets, etc. and use formal grammar (paragraphs).
Report important statistics when you summarize the results. Reporting the exact statistics do not count toward the 15 word limit.
