First and foremost, you need to fill in an order form to place your order. You will then receive a personal order page through which you will be able to track the progress of your order and correspond as desired with both your personal writer and the administrator.

Is it ethical for me to get help for my academic work?

Can I request a partial refund if I am not entirely content with my paper?

On the rare occasion that you are not content with the quality of work delivered, you can request for revision which we will gladly do free of charge. You can in fact go further to request that a different writer be assigned that task. A partial refund can be granted by contacting our support team via live chat, text or email and specifying that you would like to be granted a partial refund.

What if my paper is late?

Our liability on your paper being late is entirely independent of a client having added extra materials to be put on the paper when the paper is almost due. In such circumstances, a client cannot apply for a refund. If however it is our fault that a paper was delivered to you late, (which rarely happens), we will contact you well in advance and ask for an extension.

I forgot to approve my paper.

Our customers have 14 days during which they should have granted approval for work done. It is also within these 14 days that a client can request for a refund after which a refund cannot be granted.
