Appcelerator Titanium allows the creation of native mobile apps on platforms like iOS, Android, and Windows UWP.   The primary development languages for Titanium are HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  It was first introduced over ten years ago and now provides developers with a single-point interface to run their mobile applications.
