I feel as if the measurable goals was the one I think I struggled with the most. There’s a fine line there. I think I misunderstood last week while we were setting some of those. They definitely need to be specific and realistic. Being terminated might be stressful for a client, especially when they don’t feel ready to be without you. I think some people get so dependent on you that it’s almost like another loss to them. I would definitely tell them that at any point they start feeling a certain way (depending on what they were there for) not to hesitate and to contact me asap.
