- Please use coherent referencing (Harvard or APA) and concern in-text citations (if you are unsure ab out it, please let me know)
- The figure requested in Q.1 (see below) will automatically count for 400 words of the total 2000-word limit (This rule will apply irrespective of whether the number of words you actually use in your figure are more or less t han 400 words).
- A pictorial figure will be 400 words, so you have 1600 words to address the second question (if you would like to add some texts for question 1, it is up to you)

- Create a pictorial representation/figure to highlight the key individual, organizational and environmental factors that influenced the collective bargaining process. (10)
- Please do not cover everything (please focus on key points).
- Considering time frame in the case study (how the process has developed over time)
- Critically analyze whether collective bargaining as a negotiating tool protects the interests of all players/employees, and all team owners, effectively and equally? (15)
- Discussing collective bargaining process (definition, relevant debate) in general would be fine, but p lease do not spend much time on this part. Instead, please consider how you can use the discussion of CBA in line with the case context
- What bargaining cards they provided and why they used them
- Political dimension (power game between actors) should be considered
